New Gift Shop Now Open in Downtown McAdenville

Downtown McAdenville continues to grow, now with the addition of 115 Main Gifts & Provisions, an upscale retail boutique located in the heart of the downtown district.

Mona and Jeff Fore, husband-and-wife store owners with deep ties to McAdenville and Gaston County, celebrated the grand opening of their new shop on Sept. 30. A ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Montcross Area Chamber of Commerce, and open to the public, is scheduled for Oct. 6 at 4 p.m.

“Opening a retail space has always been a dream of mine. We wanted to create a place that felt welcoming to everyone, that provided quality products with exceptional service and served as a space that the community could gather,” says owner Mona Fore.

The family-owned boutique sells home décor, gifts and lifestyle products from a variety of lines including Mud Pie, Lizzy James, Simply Noelle, Laura Janelle, Good Paper and a variety of other speciality brands.

The Fore’s are also committed to serving their community through their new space, donating a portion of the store’s profits to local and global charitable organizations. Their first recipient is the McAdenville Elementary School, who’s PTO budget is sponsored by 115 Main Gifts & Provisions.

“McAdenville is rapidly growing and we want to be a part of that success. Our hope is that 115 Main will serve as another proof point to showcase why this town is quickly turning into one of the most desired areas in Gaston County,” says Mona Fore.

115 Main Gifts & Provisions will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The store will be closed on Sunday.
